2. Order Processing Time

Orders generally require 1–3 business days to process after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing time may extend to 3–5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to countries and regions within Europe. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside Europe cannot be processed or delivered. If an order is placed with an unsupported shipping destination, our customer service team may contact you to cancel the order and issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Currency and Payment

All product prices, shipping fees, taxes, and order totals displayed on our website are shown and charged in Euro (EUR, €). Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment method supports transactions in EUR. 6. Shipping Fees

  • Orders with a total merchandise value of €150 EUR or more qualify for free standard shipping within Europe.
  • Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will be charged the applicable shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping applies only to standard shipping within Europe.
  • Expedited shipping is not included in the free shipping offer and may be available for an additional fee, shown in EUR at checkout.
Shipping fees and available options are calculated and shown during checkout before payment is completed.

7. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
