Refunds are issued only after a return has been approved and, where applicable, the returned item
has been received and inspected.
Refund eligibility is subject to compliance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• We do not offer refunds via store credit, gift cards, or alternative payment methods unless required by law.
• Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
• During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary.
• Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable ,except where required by law.
• Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping error.
Refunds may not be issued if:

• Returns are sent without prior authorization.
In such cases, the item may be returned to the customer.
If an order is successfully cancelled before processing begins , a full refund will be issued
to the original payment method.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow
the Return & Exchange Policy.
